Travel Ultrasound Tech in Boston, MA

A Travel Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic ultrasound studies in an acute care hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The role covers abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, and vascular exams, including transplant, Doppler, and renal artery stenosis studies. Images are captured for PACS and preliminary findings are logged for review.

• Review orders and chart information before studies
• Select appropriate equipment and transducers for each exam
• Obtain patient histories, explain procedures, and position patients
• Perform abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, vascular, and portable ultrasound studies
• Assist physicians during ultrasound-guided invasive procedures
• Capture images, document preliminary findings, and maintain transducer disinfection

• ARDMS certification
• BLS certification
• Experience with transplant, Doppler, and renal artery stenosis studies

• ARDMS ABD and RVT credentials
