Travel Ultrasound Tech in South Carolina

A Travel General Ultrasound Tech will provide diagnostic ultrasound imaging in a teaching hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, for a 13-week contract. The role serves adults and geriatrics in a Magnet, Level I trauma setting and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform general ultrasound examinations for adult and geriatric patients
• Obtain abdominal, vascular, Doppler, and transplant images
• Assist with portable and bedside studies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and image quality in Epic
• Support emergency department and intensive care imaging needs
• Follow department protocols for patient preparation and workflow

• BLS certification
• ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification
• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• 1 year of ultrasound experience
• Proficiency in abdominal Doppler imaging and transplant studies

• ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN credentials
• RDCS or RVT credentials
• Epic charting experience
• Teaching hospital or Level I trauma experience
• PACS, Philips, or Siemens experience
