Travel Ultrasound Tech in Manchester, NH

A Travel Ultrasound Tech Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will perform diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Manchester, New Hampshire. The unit has four ultrasound rooms, uses Allscripts and InteleRad, and serves pediatric through geriatric patients.

• Perform general, vascular and OB-GYN ultrasound exams
• Assist with guided procedures and drainages
• Capture quality images and verify anatomy
• Document studies in the imaging systems
• Support OR imaging when needed
• Follow exam protocols and unit policies

• New Hampshire ultrasound license
• BLS certification
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification
• Hospital or acute care ultrasound experience
• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology and sonographic physics
• Basic scanning skills and recognition of normal versus abnormal findings

• RVT, OB-GYN or AB certification
• OR ultrasound experience
• One year of experience beyond education
