Travel Ultrasound Tech in Eureka, CA

A Travel Ultrasound Tech will provide general sonography in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Eureka, California. The department handles women's health, vascular and general studies across hospital and outpatient settings, uses Epic, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform general, vascular and obstetric ultrasound studies
• Obtain diagnostic images for physician review
• Assist with neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric exams
• Support portable and bedside imaging needs
• Document exam information in Epic
• Work across hospital and outpatient settings

• ARDMS certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience
• Prior travel experience
• Broad abdominal, vascular, obstetric, pediatric and neonatal ultrasound proficiency

• ARDMS AB, FE or OB/GYN credentials
• RDCS-RVT or ARRT S certification
• Outpatient, teaching hospital, community hospital or Trauma Level I experience
• PACS and Epic charting system experience
