Travel Ultrasound Tech in Farmington, CT

A Travel Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital ultrasound unit on a 13-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The unit serves inpatients, outpatients, ED patients and NICU patients, with general and vascular studies and EPIC charting.

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound exams
• Obtain quality images for physician review
• Prepare patients and explain procedures
• Support inpatient, outpatient, ED and NICU studies
• Document studies and findings in EPIC
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with the care team

• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification in at least 2 specialties
• BLS certification
• General and vascular ultrasound experience
• EPIC experience
