Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for neuroscience telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves neurology and neurosurgical patients, uses Epic charting, and supports a designated stroke program in a level II trauma hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Assess neurological status using NIHSS
• Provide care for neurology, stroke, and traumatic brain injury patients
• Assist with pre- and post-neurosurgical care
• Support BiPAP/CPAP management and chest tube care
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with interpretation services

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Telemetry, dysrhythmia, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tube, and neuro stepdown skills
• Pre- and post-neurosurgical care experience
