Travel Telemetry RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a telemetry unit in a hospital during a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The 27-bed unit uses a RN/LVN team model with 9 to 10 patients per team. Meditech charting, telemetry monitors, and IV pumps are used.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Assess telemetry patients and prioritize care
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with RN and LVN team members
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Meditech
• Support troubleshooting of telemetry monitors and IV pumps
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry experience
