Travel Telemetry RN in Richmond, VA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide patient care on a hospital telemetry unit in Richmond, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The 10-bed unit uses Meditech, maintains a 5:1 ratio, and provides continuous telemetry monitoring for general medical-surgical patients.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status
• Provide care for telemetry patients with medical-surgical needs
• Draw labs and support ordered diagnostics
• Assist with general telemetry procedures and treatments
• Document patient care accurately
• Communicate changes in condition to the care team

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Strong telemetry rhythm interpretation skills
