Travel Telemetry RN in Richmond, VA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for monitored patients in a hospital telemetry unit on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The 10-bed unit uses Meditech, maintains a 5:1 ratio, and supports bedside shift reports and 24/7 telemetry monitoring in a new setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond to cardiac changes
• Provide general med/surg telemetry care for monitored patients
• Assist with bedside shift reports and care handoff
• Draw labs as needed and support specimen collection
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient status in Meditech
• Collaborate with RNs and patient care technicians to meet patient needs

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Telemetry nursing experience
• Med-surg telemetry skills
• Blood draw and specimen collection skills
