Travel Telemetry RN in Richmond, VA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The 10-bed unit uses Meditech, supports a 5:1 ratio, and provides continuous telemetry monitoring for med/surg patients.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess med/surg telemetry patients and respond to needs
• Draw labs and collect specimens as ordered
• Document care accurately in Meditech
• Provide bedside shift reports and handoffs
• Collaborate with PCTs and nurses to support care

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Successful telemetry test completion
