Travel Surgical Tech in Live Oak, TX

A Travel Surgical Technologist will support operating room cases in an acute care hospital surgery unit on a 13-week contract in Live Oak, Texas. The unit has 5 ORs, uses Meditech, and works with 1:1 staffing and basic OR equipment.

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical supplies
• Assist with circulating duties and sterile workflow
• Support case setup and turnover for OR procedures
• Scrub for open heart procedures
• Handle instruments, equipment, and specimen flow
• Document case activity and maintain readiness

• Surgical Technologist background
• OR circulator experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Open heart scrub experience

• Orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, or thoracic case experience
