Travel Surgical Tech in Lagrange, GA

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist with labor and delivery surgical cases in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in LaGrange, Georgia. The role supports moderate to high acuity cases, prepares the operative suite, and maintains the sterile field while anticipating the needs of the surgeon and care team.

• Prepare the operative suite and surgical field for each case
• Gather and organize instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures
• Assist the surgeon and care team during labor and delivery cases
• Troubleshoot instruments and equipment during procedures
• Stock and track supplies for the unit
• Participate in improvement and precepting activities

• Certified Surgical Technologist credential
• Sterile technique and operative field preparation skills
• Ability to assist with moderate to high acuity surgical cases
• Experience anticipating surgeon and team needs
• Ability to troubleshoot instruments and equipment
