Travel Surgical Tech in Denver, CO

A Travel Certified Surgical Technologist will assist with labor and delivery procedures in an acute care hospital in Denver, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The unit includes 29 beds, 4 ORs, 12 antepartum rooms, and 10 triage rooms, with a 2:1 ratio and Meditech/CPN charting. It serves labor, delivery, antepartum, triage, and high-risk obstetric patients.

• Prepare operating and delivery rooms for obstetric cases
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and providers during labor and delivery procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe surgical workflow
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment during obstetric cases
• Set up and break down rooms between patients
• Support care for antepartum, triage, and high-risk OB patients

• Current acute care labor and delivery Surgical Technologist experience, 6 months minimum
• BLS certification
• NBSTA certification in hand
• DORA certification in hand

• Meditech experience
