Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital in Pittsfield, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The assignment is in a teaching hospital respiratory therapy unit.

• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes in condition
• Deliver ordered oxygen therapy and inhaled treatments
• Manage ventilatory support and airway care
• Monitor patient response during therapies and procedures
• Assist with blood gas collection and other respiratory testing
• Document care and communicate findings to the care team

• Basic Life Support
• National Board for Respiratory Care certification
