Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Farmington, CT

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 14-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The unit serves adults with respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic needs and uses EPIC.

• Assess adult respiratory status and update care plans
• Deliver oxygen therapy, inhaled treatments, and airway support
• Assist with ventilator management and other respiratory equipment
• Monitor patients in urgent and critical care settings
• Document care and communicate changes with the care team

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential through NBRC or equivalent certifying body
• Connecticut Respiratory Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1-2 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Prior travel experience

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
