A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in a hospital pulmonary services unit on a 13-week contract in Davenport, Iowa. The role supports patients needing airway, oxygen, and ventilatory care in a clinical setting.

• Assess respiratory status and adjust care plans
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments
• Monitor ventilatory support and related equipment
• Perform airway clearance and suctioning support
• Collect specimens and obtain blood gases
• Document care and communicate changes promptly
• Respond to respiratory distress and emergencies

• Iowa Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credential
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
• Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Patient assessment, oxygen delivery, and ventilatory support skills
• Accurate charting and communication skills
