Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Boston, MA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in adult critical care and the emergency department at an acute care hospital in Boston, Massachusetts for a 13-week contract. The unit supports a teaching, level 1 trauma setting and uses Epic EMR. Advanced ventilator management is central to the role.

• Manage respiratory therapy support for adult critical care and emergency department patients
• Assist with advanced ventilator management and troubleshooting
• Support esophageal balloon use, PV loop interpretation, driving pressure assessment, and PEEP optimization
• Monitor respiratory status and respond to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the care team across trauma, neuro, medical, cardiac, and surgical ICU needs
• Document patient care clearly in Epic

• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
• Critical care and level 1 trauma center experience
• Teaching hospital experience
