Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Boston, MA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide neonatal respiratory care in a hospital neonatal intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The unit serves level 2 and 3 newborns and special care nursery patients.

• Assess neonatal respiratory status and respond to changing needs
• Perform and interpret respiratory tests and procedures
• Manage artificial airways and mechanical ventilation
• Administer aerosolized medications and oxygen therapy
• Apply respiratory care protocols with the care team

• Massachusetts respiratory therapist license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS and NRP certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related respiratory therapy experience
• Neonatal airway, ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medication skills

• Delivery room experience
