Travel RDCD Dietician in Savannah, GA

A Travel Registered Dietitian will support inpatient nutrition care in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Savannah, Georgia. The role uses Epic and focuses on individualized plans for patients with changing clinical needs.

• Assess nutrition status, intake, and risk factors
• Develop individualized meal plans and interventions
• Monitor tolerance, labs, and clinical changes
• Educate patients and families on diet goals
• Coordinate nutrition care with the care team
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in the chart
• Support discharge planning and ongoing nutrition follow-up

• Registered Dietitian credential
• Georgia dietitian license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program
• Clinical nutrition assessment and counseling skills
• Interdisciplinary care coordination skills
