Travel RDCD Dietician in Cookeville, TN

A Travel Radiation Oncology Registered Dietitian will support patients and families with nutrition care during cancer treatment, remission, and recurrence in a radiation oncology clinic in Cookeville, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The role sees about 5 to 7 clinic patients a day and includes same-day visits when needs arise during physician, radiation, or chemotherapy appointments. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess nutritional status for oncology patients and families
• Develop and adjust nutrition care plans across treatment, remission, and recurrence
• Provide same-day consults during physician, radiation, and chemotherapy visits
• Educate patients and families on nutrition support and symptom management
• Complete follow-up telephone calls for patients needing additional assistance
• Coordinate with the care team to support ongoing nutrition goals

• Registered Dietitian credential and CDR exam passage
• Tennessee dietitian/nutritionist license
• Oncology dietitian experience
