Travel Radiology Technologist in Camden, SC

A Travel Radiology Technologist CT Technologist will work in an acute care hospital on multimodality imaging, including X-ray and CT, in Camden, South Carolina, for a 13-week contract. The unit serves adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics and geriatrics, and uses Epic and Sectra for PACS. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT and radiography studies for inpatient and outpatient patients
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures before scans
• Start peripheral IVs and administer contrast media as directed
• Complete venipuncture and follow radiation safety practices
• Support 3D reconstructions and other post-processing tasks
• Document imaging studies in Epic and PACS workflows

• 1 year of radiology or CT experience
• BLS
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
• SCRQSA (R) and SCRQSA (CT)
• Epic charting system experience
• Radiation safety, contrast administration, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture

• Biopsies and enterography experience
• PACS and imaging equipment familiarity
• Pediatric acute and outpatient imaging experience
• Management or lead experience in teaching or community hospital settings
