Travel Radiology Technologist in Asheville, NC

A Travel Radiology Technologist Registered Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in a hospital in Asheville, North Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit handles diagnostic, portable, trauma, fluoroscopic and surgical imaging and uses Cerner Rad Net.

• Perform diagnostic radiology imaging across portable, trauma, fluoroscopic and surgical cases
• Assist with ED trauma imaging and OR imaging workflows
• Position patients and verify exam readiness for safe image acquisition
• Operate radiology room systems, portable equipment and C-arm or O-arm equipment
• Coordinate with technologists and supervisor to support daily imaging coverage
• Document exams and maintain workflow in the radiology charting system

• ARRT (R) certification
• Graduation from an accredited radiography program
• Diagnostic, portable and ED trauma imaging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluoroscopic procedure experience
