Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Ann Arbor, MI

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for high-acuity surgical step-down patients in a hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan on a 13-week contract. The unit usually runs 4:1, sometimes 3:1, and uses Epic charting.

• Monitor surgical step-down patients and respond to changes in condition
• Assess and document hemodynamic status, pain, and respiratory needs
• Manage chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC lines, central lines, and drains
• Administer and titrate IV drips and infusions as ordered
• Support patients with ostomies, trachs, NG tubes, and wound vacs
• Coordinate care with the team and provide clear handoff communication

• Michigan Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Acute care telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills

• Epic charting experience
