Travel Post Partum RN in Newport, VT

A Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse will care for mothers and newborns in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Newport, Vermont. The post-partum and baby unit supports labor, recovery, and newborn care in a community setting.

• Provide care for laboring, post-partum, and newborn patients
• Monitor maternal and infant status
• Assist with deliveries and recovery needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Educate patients and families on post-partum and newborn care
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans

• Vermont Registered Nurse license upon acceptance
• BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
• 5 years of experience
• Labor, post-partum, and newborn care skills
