Travel Post Partum RN in Mckinney, TX

A Travel Postpartum Registered Nurse will care for postpartum and gynecologic surgery patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in McKinney, Texas. The 25-bed unit uses Meditech and CPN, with typical ratios of 1:5-6.

• Provide direct nursing care for postpartum and gynecologic surgery patients
• Monitor maternal recovery, bleeding, pain, and vital signs
• Administer medications and routine postpartum nursing interventions
• Support newborn and parent education for safe recovery at home
• Document assessments and care in the charting system
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on patient plans

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS
