Travel Physical Therapist in Truth Or Consequences, NM

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient and inpatient therapy in a critical access hospital in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico on a 13-week contract. The caseload is mostly outpatient with some pediatrics, and documentation is done in Cerner.

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and neurological patients
• Address gait, balance, vertigo, falls, and pain management needs
• Support pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric therapy cases
• Use therapeutic exercise and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
• Develop and progress treatment plans based on patient response
• Document care and coordinate with the therapy team

• New Mexico Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Prior travel experience

• Manual therapy and myofascial release
• PNE
• Cerner charting system experience
