Travel Physical Therapist in Morristown, VT

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in outpatient rehabilitation with some inpatient support on a 13-week contract in Morristown, Vermont. The caseload includes outpatients and may include patients in the emergency room, acute care, and PACU.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs
• Document treatment, progress, and discharge needs
• Coordinate care with the interprofessional team

• Vermont Physical Therapist license upon acceptance
• BLS/BCLS certification
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
