Travel Physical Therapist in Medford, OR

A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide lymphedema-focused rehabilitation care in a short term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon. Epic charting is used, and the caseload is about 6 to 7 patients a day. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate outpatient physical therapy needs and establish treatment plans
• Treat lymphedema and other rehabilitation patients using therapeutic interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on patient response
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and document in Epic
• Support recovery after orthopedic, neurologic, and post-op conditions

• Oregon Physical Therapist license
• BLS
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• 1 year of acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with lymphedema and outpatient rehabilitation patients
• Charting system experience
