Travel Physical Therapist in Marysville, CA

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility during a 13-week contract in Marysville, California. The role supports long-term care and short-term rehabilitation with an interdisciplinary team.

• Assess residents’ mobility, balance, strength, and pain
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfer training, and balance interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and therapy team members
• Document treatment plans, progress, and resident response
• Educate residents, caregivers, and families on safe mobility and home exercise
• Supervise PTAs and aides as needed

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on a multidisciplinary team

• SNF or geriatric rehab experience
• CPR certification
