Travel Physical Therapist in Kinston, NC

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient care in an acute care hospital in Kinston, North Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit treats adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics with orthopedic, neurologic, and developmental delay needs, and care is mostly 1:1.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and mobility care
• Document evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge plans
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members
• Support safe patient handling, adaptive equipment, and environment changes
• Supervise assistants, techs, and students as assigned

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Prior travel Physical Therapist experience
• Core assessment, documentation, and patient education skills

• EPIC experience
• Pediatric and developmental delay therapy experience
• Neurologic rehabilitation experience
