Travel Physical Therapist in Cody, WY

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care in a critical access hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Cody, Wyoming. Epic, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro are used in a mixed rehab environment.

• Evaluate inpatient and outpatient therapy needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Guide therapeutic exercise, mobility, and functional training
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document care and outcomes in the electronic record
• Coordinate with the care team and educate patients and families

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
