Travel Physical Therapist in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation for adults and geriatrics on a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit serves neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex patients and uses Epic charting.

• Evaluate outpatient neuro, orthopedic, and complex patients
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and functional mobility interventions
• Educate patients and families on home programs
• Document care and progress in Epic
• Collaborate with the care team on goals and discharge planning

• Alaska Physical Therapist license
• BLS
• 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting experience
