About this job

A Travel Pediatric Registered Nurse will provide care on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The hospital unit serves infants, children, adolescents, and neonates, uses Epic, and supports 3:4 patient ratios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care for pediatric med-surg patients
  • Assess patient status and respond to changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Coordinate care with the health care team
  • Document assessments and interventions in Epic
  • Support families with education and discharge planning

Qualifications

  • Georgia Registered Nurse license
  • BLS and PALS
  • 2 years of recent pediatric experience
  • Pediatric med-surg experience
  • Epic charting experience
  • Prior travel experience

Preferred Skills

  • Pediatric neuro care
  • Pediatric oncology care
  • Pediatric step-down care
