Travel Orthopedics RN in Greenville, SC

A Travel Orthopedics Registered Nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric orthopedic trauma and medical-surgical overflow patients in an acute care hospital in Greenville, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and serves a level I trauma population.

• Assess orthopedic trauma and medical-surgical overflow patients
• Monitor cardiac status and continuous pulse oximetry
• Administer IV medications and blood products
• Manage drains, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and wound vacs
• Support pain control, including PCA care
• Respond to changes and assist with rapid response
• Document care in Epic and coordinate team communication

• Active South Carolina Registered Nurse license or multistate license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of orthopedics or med-surg experience
• 1 year of Epic charting experience

• Trauma Level I experience
• Chest tube, drain, and wound vac management
• Orthopedic trauma and neuro injury care
