Travel Orthopedics RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel Orthopedics Registered Nurse will care for orthopedic and spine patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 26-bed unit uses Meditech and supports 6:1 assignments, with knee and hip replacements and multilevel spine surgeries.

• Assess orthopedic and spine patients and respond to changes in pain, mobility, and neuro status
• Support care for knee and hip replacements and multilevel spine surgeries
• Administer medications and coordinate postoperative recovery
• Document care and patient progress in Meditech
• Apply orthopedic support equipment and mobility aids as ordered
• Collaborate with the care team to promote safe, compassionate patient care

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Strong orthopedic nursing background
