Travel OR RN in Greenville, SC

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support transplant, cardiac and vascular surgery in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The unit uses Epic and cares for patients in a Level I trauma setting.

• Prepare the operating room and support transplant, cardiac and vascular procedures
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative cases
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical field safety
• Manage instrumentation, supplies and specimen handling
• Support blood product management and patient preparation
• Follow universal time-out and infection control practices
• Provide safe handoff and recovery support after surgery

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of operating room experience in cardiac, vascular and transplant cases
• Epic charting system experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Prior travel experience

• Bronchoscopy, mediastinoscopy, thoracotomy and VATS experience
• Lung resection and lobe resection experience
