Travel OR RN in Fredericksburg, VA

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical cases in a hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The unit has 4 OR rooms and uses Meditech. Case mix includes general, GYN, orthopedics, neuro spine, ENT, pediatric dental, and robotics.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
• Assist the surgical team during general, GYN, orthopedic, neuro spine, ENT, pediatric dental, and robotics cases
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe patient positioning
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond to changes in condition
• Document care and case details in Meditech
• Coordinate instruments, supplies, and workflow for each procedure

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of hospital experience
• Operating room scrub and first assist experience
