Travel OR RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide intraoperative nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The unit has 14 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and includes a hybrid cardiovascular room, a cystoscopy room, and multipurpose rooms with a 1:1 ratio.

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for surgical cases
• Circulate and scrub for general, ortho/spine, biopsy, appendectomy, and angioplasty cases
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists during procedures
• Monitor patient safety, counts, and intraoperative needs throughout the case
• Document care and case activity in Meditech
• Support turnover and readiness between procedures

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 1 year of current hospital experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Circulating experience
• Scrubbing experience
• Meditech charting experience
