Travel OR RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical care in an acute care hospital operating room on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The unit has 8 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and maintains 1:1 patient ratios. The team covers orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastic, and cardiac cases.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical cases across multiple service lines
• Assist surgeons, anesthesia, and CST staff during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe perioperative workflow
• Monitor patient needs during intraoperative care
• Handle surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment for case readiness
• Document care and communicate updates with the surgical team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Ability to function in multiple service lines
• Transplant experience
• Spine experience
