Travel OR RN in Arlington, VA

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will assist with surgical care in a hospital operating room during a 13-week contract in Arlington, Virginia. The unit supports trauma, neuro, ortho spine, general surgery, robotics, and eye/ENT cases in a Level II trauma setting. EPIC OP TIME is used for charting.

• Prepare the operating room and surgical supplies
• Assist the surgical team during intraoperative care
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe field
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Coordinate instruments, implants, and case flow
• Document perioperative care in the charting system

• Active Virginia or compact Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of operating room experience
• Orthopedic operating room experience

• Level II trauma operating room experience
• Trauma, neuro, ortho spine, general surgery, robotics, and eyes/ENT case exposure
• EPIC OP TIME charting experience
