Travel Oncology RN in Santa Rosa, CA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide outpatient infusion care in a clinic in Santa Rosa, California on a 13-week contract. The role cares for adults and geriatrics with Heme/Onc needs, supports about 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws each day, and uses Epic charting and infusion pumps. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Administer chemotherapy and other infusions
• Perform port draws and manage central lines
• Monitor for infusion reactions and complications
• Provide blood product administration and patient education
• Assess symptoms and respond to oncology concerns
• Document care accurately in Epic

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ONCC or ONS oncology certification
• 1 year of oncology registered nurse experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Chemotherapy administration, blood product administration, and central line care skills
