Travel Oncology RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide direct care for patients receiving infusion and chemotherapy services in an outpatient oncology clinic on a 14-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The role supports hematology-oncology patients and uses general infusion and treatment room equipment.

• Assess oncology patients and monitor treatment tolerance
• Administer chemotherapy and related infusions per protocol
• Start and maintain IV access and infusion therapy
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management
• Coordinate care with the oncology team and report changes in condition
• Document assessments, medications and treatment responses

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• AHA BLS certification
• NIH certification
• Chemotherapy certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology experience
• Ability to administer chemotherapy

• Trauma Level 1 experience
• ICU experience
