Travel Occupational Therapist in Asheville, NC

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation therapy support in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The role works in the rehab occupational therapy unit and supports patient recovery, function, and discharge planning.

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to improve daily function
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and home programs
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff on care coordination
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment plans as needed

• North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, patient education, and documentation skills
