Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech in Aurora, CO

A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist will support diagnostic imaging studies in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit has 6 staff members, a 4:1 ratio, and Meditech charting.

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies
• Assist with bone, lung, HIDA, gastric, and cardiac scans
• Prepare patients and explain procedures
• Coordinate with staff and providers
• Operate imaging systems and maintain image quality
• Document exams in the electronic record

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• ARRT (N), CNMT, or NMT certification
• Active Colorado Nuclear Medicine Technologist license
• BLS certification

• Prior Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in large facilities
• Prior Meditech experience
