Travel NICU RN in Bakersfield, CA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for critically ill newborns in an acute care hospital in Bakersfield, California on a 13-week contract. The role supports assigned nursing staff, works with other disciplines, and uses critical thinking and independent judgment in the neonatal intensive care unit.

• Assess neonatal condition and respond to changing clinical needs
• Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards
• Monitor and document patient status and care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Support safe, organized care for critically ill newborns

• California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
