A Per Diem NICU Registered Nurse will care for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit in Downey, California. The role supports Level III neonatal care and postoperative newborn recovery in a hospital unit.

• Monitor neonatal status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications, fluids, and ordered therapies
• Support ventilator, feeding, and other life support care
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate care with the newborn care team
• Document assessments and interventions in the chart
• Maintain thermoregulation, infection prevention, and family-centered support

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of NICU experience
• Level III NICU experience
• Surgery experience
