Travel Neuro ICU RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a neuro critical care unit on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses Meditech, includes 14 ICU beds and 20 med/surg beds, and staffs to 1:2 in ICU and 1:5 in med/surg.

• Monitor neurologic and hemodynamic status
• Administer and titrate critical care medications, including vasopressors
• Provide bedside care for ICU and med/surg patients
• Collaborate with the care team on acute changes and treatment plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Meditech
• Assist with critical care procedures and unit workflows

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH certification
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Experience with vasopressors

• Meditech experience
