Travel Neuro ICU RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill neuro patients in a hospital in San Antonio, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit has a 1:2 ICU ratio and uses Meditech charting in a standard critical care setting.

• Monitor neurologic status and hemodynamic trends
• Administer ordered medications and vasoactive infusions
• Manage critical care therapies and invasive lines
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families as appropriate

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale experience
• 2+ years of ICU experience

• Meditech charting experience
