Travel Neuro ICU RN in Chico, CA

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will care for neuro and trauma patients in an acute care hospital in Chico, California on a 13-week contract. The 12-bed unit has a 2:1 ratio and uses EPIC charting. Care includes patients with ICP monitors, CRRT and lumbar drains in a Level II trauma setting.

• Care for neuro and trauma patients in a critical care setting
• Monitor neurologic status and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with ICP monitors, CRRT and lumbar drains
• Document assessments and interventions in EPIC
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Support safe care in a 2:1 unit

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Level II trauma critical care experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Previous traveler experience
