Travel Neuro ICU RN in Burlington, MA

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care for neuroscience patients in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Burlington, Massachusetts. The 18-bed unit combines ICU and PCU care for stroke, neurointerventional, and neurosurgical patients. Nurses use advanced monitoring and Epic while working with an interdisciplinary team.

• Monitor neurological status and critical care trends
• Administer and titrate medications per unit protocols
• Care for patients recovering from stroke and neurosurgical procedures
• Assist with neurointerventional radiology and other specialty interventions
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurointensivists, and the care team
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS
• Neuro ICU experience
• Level 1 experience
• Epic experience
