Travel Neuro ICU RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will provide care for neurologic and post-neurosurgery patients in a hospital neuro ICU on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The 12-bed unit uses Cerner and 1:2 ratios.

• Monitor neurologic status and respond to acute changes
• Provide care for post thrombectomy and TPA patients
• Assist with CRRT, bedside EVDs, and A-line monitoring
• Manage ICU nursing care for post neurosurgery patients
• Collaborate with unit staff to support safe patient care
• Document patient care in the electronic charting system

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• ICU experience
• Clinical experience with neurologic patients

• Neurology ICU experience
